Ingredients
4-5small Persian or Kirby cucumbersthinly sliced
1ripe avocadochopped into 1 inch pieces
3/4teaspoonkosher salt
1 - 2teaspoonssugarstart with 1 and taste, as more as desired
3tablespoonsunseasoned rice wine vinegar
2teaspoonstoasted sesame oil
2teaspoonstoasted sesame seeds
Instructions
Using a mandoline or a knife, slice cucumbers as thinly as possible.
In a medium bowl, mix cucumbers with salt and sugar and let it sit for a minute or two to soften.
