Ingredients
1tablespoonchili powderpreferably Ancho
1teaspoonground cumin
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonpaprikapreferably smoked (or a mix of smoked and sweet)
1teaspoonkosher salt
1teaspoonsugar
1/2teaspoononion powder
1/2teaspoondried oreganopreferably Mexican
1/4teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
1/4 - 1/2teaspooncayenne or crushed red pepper flakes
1teaspooncornstarchor flour*
Instructions
In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients. Transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dark place for up to 2 months.
